01. Ordering a Custom Cover
How do I order a custom book cover?
Easy-peasy! Only thing you need to do is to download and fill out the Cover Design Brief file, then upload it into the designated field during the checkout process.

If I don’t receive the brief within a maximum of 72 hours, you will be contacted via e-mail ASAP. Take care to specify the correct e-mail in the account, or during the purchase.
Does commissioning a custom cover require a deposit?
Yes. You will be required to buy the custom cover package of your choice and pay for the basic price during the checkout process. If additional fee is to be charged – depending on the complexity of your desired cover – the final balance will be paid upon completion and your approval of the final design.

I want to send you pictures I want you to use on my cover. Can I do it?
If the image(s) are licensed or you own the copyright, sure!
Either upload them via the contact form directly from this page, or you can e-mail them directly to me. Be sure to specify in what way you’d like your image to be used.
However, I will advise you against using a picture if it, in my professional opinion, would not look well on your cover.
What happens once I’ve submitted the brief and/or pictures?
Fear not! I’ll start working on your cover ASAP. Depending on the workload I have to finish before, it’ll be either right away, or within a maximum of two weeks. If there’s a possibility it might take longer, you’ll be contacted.
02. Completion
I’ve approved a final design of my custom cover. What now?
You’ll receive a number of design drafts, and then finally, a low-resolution final design. Once you approve the design, you’ll be directed to pay the balance of the package price with any possible additional fee.
Upon receiving your payment, I will proceed to send you all the files (as per ordered package) in full resolution via e-mail. Make sure to provide me with a valid e-mail address.
What if I’m not happy with the drafts I’m receiving from you?
No problem! After the first two drafts, I will produce at least another draft (depending on the package) for you to choose from. If, for whatever reason, the third (or more) draft still doesn’t meet your expectation, I may choose to terminate the project, at which point you’ll be fully refunded.
I am not happy with the designing process so far. Can I cancel?
Yes. I will be sad to see you go, but it is entirely possible for me to just not be what you were looking for. No problem there, your deposit will be fully refunded.
For the same reason, the process might be terminated from my side, too.
So I can ask for unlimited changes?
Well not really. You will be required to fill out the cover design brief, and then you can additionally add more information or ask for changes while in the first stages of the drafts, BUT, all within reason.
If the required revisions range from one to a completely different cover (not stated in the brief), I may choose to terminate the project. In that case, you will be fully refunded.
03. Premade Covers
How does it work? How do you know what changes to make to my cover?
Only thing you need to do is to download and fill out the Premade Cover Brief, then upload it into the designated field during the checkout process.

How many times do you sell the same premade cover?
Only ONCE! The moment you buy a cover, it is automatically removed from the shop page, and will be subsequently removed from all the other platforms, if present. The specific cover design you bought will forever be only yours.
Take into account, however, that the images used are stock images and are subject to Shutterstock license. It means that the elements of your cover may be repeated elsewhere.
Can I make changes to a premade cover from your library?
Yes, but only minor changes are free of additional charges. You can ask for font, text and color changes – free of charge. Minor revisions such as an addition of an icon, or a sign will also be included in the price of the premade cover. In case we’re changing the font into a specific one that requires a license, additional charges may apply.
How long does it take you to change the titles?
Depending on the workload, it may take from a day to a week, but you will be contacted upon making a purchase with an estimated time.
What if I want to make bigger changes to the cover?
It is possible, but additional charges will apply. The price will depend on the complexity of the work needed.
I have changed my mind after already purchasing a premade cover. Can I get my money back?
If the high-resolution files haven’t yet been sent to you, then yes. You will be fully refunded.
If, however, we have made the adaptations to the titles and fonts and sent you all the design files, no refunds can be done.

I have bought the e-book only package, but would like to upgrade to a full package. Is it possible?
Of course. You’ll be directed to pay the rest of the price (as per package price stated on the shop page), and the files will be made to your wish.
